Well Drilling Application– This application is for ANY well drilling, including heat pumps.
If you are needing a well/cistern plugging form you must contact our office or your plugger. Those are not available online.
Clarke also participates in the Grants to Counties Program. This program reimburses homeowners up to $500 for plugging a well, or $300 for plugging a cistern.
