Septic Contractors
Contractors Registration form– This is for ANYONE doing work on someone’s property other than your own. You must register PRIOR to doing any work.
To be listed as a contractor and be included on the contractor list, you must attend a septic related course every calendar year (this can be online or in person). Your registration with us expires after 5 years. This is your responsibility to keep in contact with us on your certification.
**If you do NOT attend a class, you will be removed from this list. This list is updated and published 4/1.
**You do not have to be listed on this list if you register, this is entirely your choice.
